The Role

What the job involves

You'll be cleaning shared rooms and communal areas across HMO properties in Medway — kitchens, bathrooms, hallways, and individual rooms. It's hands-on, physical work that makes a real difference to the people living in these properties.

  • Cleaning individual tenant rooms to a professional standard
  • Communal area cleans — kitchens, bathrooms, hallways
  • Sheet changes where requested by tenants
  • End of tenancy and deep cleans as needed
  • Oven and appliance cleans
  • Reporting any maintenance issues you spot
  • Representing SuiteClean professionally at all times
Hours: Flexible — cleans are typically scheduled Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm. You choose what works for you and we'll fit you in accordingly.

What we're looking for

  • Reliable and punctual — this is the most important thing
  • Takes pride in their work and has an eye for detail
  • Professional and respectful when in tenants' homes
  • Good communicator — you'll need to keep us updated
  • Based in or near Medway
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle — essential
  • Must hold or be willing to obtain a valid DBS check
  • Previous cleaning experience is a bonus but not required

No experience? No problem. We'll train you on our standards and ways of working. What matters most is that you're reliable, professional, and want to do a good job.
