This is an agreement between you and SuiteClean — nothing to do with your landlord.
Please read and agree to the following:

Access: By booking a clean, you give our cleaners permission to enter your room even if you are not present.
✓
Valuables: You must put away or secure anything valuable before we arrive. SuiteClean is not responsible for missing or damaged items.
✓
Room readiness: Your room must be tidy enough for us to clean — floors clear, surfaces accessible, and rubbish in bins. If your room is too messy, the clean may be refused or an additional charge may apply. No refunds are given if we cannot clean because the room was not ready.
✓
Bedding changes: If a sheet change is requested, clean bedding must be left out and ready. If not provided, cleaning continues without a change and no refund or discount will be issued.

Cleaner welfare: If a cleaner feels unsafe, threatened, or uncomfortable, they may leave immediately. No refund will be given in this circumstance.

Time slots: Cleaning time slots are approximate and require some flexibility on your part.
✓
Photography: Cleaners may take before and after photos for proof of condition, dispute resolution, or training purposes. No personal items will be photographed directly.
✓
Right to refuse: Cleaners may refuse to clean rooms with urine, faeces, vomit or biohazard contamination, mould beyond normal cleaning scope, pest infestation, sharp items or needles, or significant rotting food. No refund will be issued in these cases.
✓
Complaints: Any complaints must be raised within 24 hours of the clean with photographic evidence. No refunds are issued after this window.
✓
Agreement: This agreement is solely between myself and SuiteClean Ltd. My landlord or letting agent has no involvement in or liability for this service.
